Grand Baie Land 884 m² Sale

EXCEPTIONAL 5-BEDROOM VILLA IN GRAND BAIE

Set within one of the most beautiful estates on the north coast, this flat plot of 884 m² enjoys a prime location, just 100 to 150 metres from the beach and five minutes from the centre of Grand Baie.

An unspoilt setting, offering complete tranquillity, ideal for building a villa in an exceptional environment.

Situated within an estate governed by the PDS scheme, the plot is suitable for building in accordance with the estate’s specifications. The sale of the plot is exclusively reserved for Mauritian citizens.

Once the villa has been built in accordance with the estate’s specifications, its resale to expatriate buyers may be considered under the PDS scheme. This possibility remains subject to eligibility criteria and the necessary authorisations.

A substantial financial advantage for the buyer: registration fees, calculated at 5 per cent of a land price of €400,000, would amount to just €20,000, subject to confirmation by the solicitor. Paying the fees on the land, rather than on the price of an already built villa, results in a substantial saving.

A rare opportunity, combining proximity to the sea, tranquillity and quick access to amenities.

This property is available to Mauritian citizens only.
