I had the pleasure to work with Wendy Biadursingh from Décordier Immobilier for the acquisition of my first property in Mauritius. Being a Mauritian non-resident living in Australia, it was very challenging to get accurate information especially in regards to first time home buyers. Wendy has proven to be remarkably resourceful. She went above and beyond to put me in touch with right Notary and Private Banker, all incredibly professional people. Wendy even adjusted her schedule to arrange an inspection on a Sunday as I was in Mauritius for a very short time. I think it's worth mentioning that in Mauritius, real estate agents do not have exclusivity on property listings. Before Wendy, I was in touch with other agents representing the same property and honestly, none of them match up. After having researched the Mauritian real estate market for years, in my opinion, it does not get any better than this in Mauritius! 5 stars without hesitation ????????????????????

Bonjour ???? ???? Mon projet a démarré depuis la France, pays d'origine, et continue sa réalisation avec une arrivée prévue le 16.03.2024 ✈️. Wendy de la première prise de contact, au choix de l'appartement en passant par l'administratif a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et su trouver le ton juste pour apaiser mes craintes et répondre à toutes mes questions ❓️ ????. We are very happy with the service of this real estate agency. Our special thanks goes to Nadine, who found us a very nice apartment for long-term rent and her very professional care and support during the entire rental process. Even after the contract was signed, she remained our contact person for any questions we had about the apartment. We would definitely use Decordier and Nadine again in property matters. Highly recommended!
