Nadine has made it so easy from start to the end for purchasing the villa @ Grand Baie. Everything include the Notary services went so smoothly which made it so easy for us within our time scale. We highly recommend Decordier Immobilier and thanks to Nadine for previously sold our land in Bain Boeuf.

I am very disappointed from the house that was rented through this agency. In one room, the Air conditioner doesn’t work, the floor was supposed to be change on the days before arrival, and there are insects in the furnitures. All these were said, will be done at earliest by Nadine and the owner, but nothing was done since. The residential swimming pool is not treated correctly and my daughter gets itchy after coming out it, i pay for the cleaning services. Every time i reach Nadine, she said she will check with owner of the house, and the owner says he will do something but one month passed and nothing was done. It will be interesting to know how they will react if i say the same thing for my rental payment. I don’t recommend this agency. I am surprised by the positive reviews, i even doubt if it is not AI reviews.

After reading the lease, you wanted to get in direct contact with the landlord so you didn't need our fees. This is dishonesty. You visited the property with full knowledge of the facts. You even negotiated the price. You even negotiated the price. Our role ends when the keys are handed over. You know this because you signed the lease. Nadine has always been pleasant with you and has even been involved in the file since you moved in, out of the kindness of her heart, and without any thanks... on the contrary. We don't manage the property. You also need to have the financial means to meet your requirements.
